Women in engineering Academy was attended by Kane's Cady McFarlane- Electrical Apprentice

One of Kane's female electrical apprentices recently attended an event which was specifically for upskilling common electrical practices.

It was targeted towards women who lived within in SERC Lisburn's postcode boundaries and companies that work with the tech already.

Comprising knowledge transfer and practice with:

• Electrical Safety

• Lockout & Tagout

• Basic Electrical Quantities

•Relays and Motor Contactors

•Practical Relay Logic Circuits

•Panel Organisation & wire numbering

There was also a final assessment on the Friday, which Cady passed with full marks and received a certificate for her efforts.

Well done Cady, everyone at Kane Engineering is delighted for you on your achievment.
