Damien is the director responsible for delivering Kane Engineering’s mission statement "Your Expert partner in Electrical Switchgear".
Working closely with customers in all sectors, Damien’s role is to ensure that Kane Engineering provides the highest quality products, professionally engineered by highly skilled and motivated staff, keeping Kane at the forefront of LV switchgear technology & service delivery across the UK & Ireland.
Stephen has overall engineering responsibility for Kane’s LV switchgear designs.
Stephen is an expert LV switchgear engineer, with over 25 years’ experience, and a proven technical and commercial track record in developing complex switchgear schemes to specification and budget.
Also with over 25 years’ experience in the LV switchgear business.
Nikki manages the workshop activity and his team leaders in various departments (Panel assembly, Busbar fabrication, panel wiring, Completion & testing). Nikki heads the company’s Lean manufacturing programme, driving continuous improvement in the high levels of product & service quality Kane delivers.

Operating from modern, well-equipped factory premises in Newtownards, Co. Down, Kane Engineering services a customer base throughout the UK & Ireland. Our location, 20 minutes from Belfast, puts us in close proximity to road links throughout Ireland, and rapid transport and travel connections to GB.
Kane Engineering has an ongoing programme of investment across the business: from 3D CAD technology on the design side, to the recent installation of two state-of-the-art CNC machines for the automated cutting, punching & bending of copper busbar.
